The Press and Protocol service coordinates the Museum's relationship with the media by regularly informing journalists and art critics of the exhibitions and activities organized within the Museum. The service offers maximum facilities to develop its work.

The dissemination is carried out through various means such as calendars of exhibitions and press releases (which are sent regularly) or press files and photos (which are forwarded to journalists and art critics who request it.) Within this framework, informative sessions of the presentation of each of the displays are organized for the media. Sessions take place before the opening and include a guided tour by artists and / or commissioners of the samples. The service is also responsible for coordinating interviews with commissioners and / or artists of the exhibitions, participants of any activities organized by the Museum, and the principal or other persons associated with the entity.

The Press and Protocol service coordinates photo shoots or informative filmings which the media want to evoke in the interior of the building.
