The Champagne is presented in an elegant bottle inspired by King Henry IV and has been recognized for more than forty years for its high quality. It has a blend of grapes grown in northern areas and southern Montagne de Reims - including the famous Côte de Bouzy. The grapes are carefully selected and sorted before going into the barrels.   The soaking helps the extraction of color and the development of aromas and lasts between 48 and 72 hours depending on the crop. Finally, aged in cellars for at least four years ce.

Tasting notes:

- The look is elegant, with a color change ranging from raspberry to salmon-pink.

- The aroma should be fresh, with a wide range of red fruits such as currants, raspberries and cherries. Its freshness is the dominant note.

- On the palate has a very fruity flavors, well-defined and slightly spicy. We can be defined as the idea of soaking in a basket of freshly caught nuts (strawberries, cherries, currants, raspberries).   The wine is soft and rounded end.

Serve between 8 º C and 10 º C and is a delicious snack. Due to its aromatic character, allows following a wide variety of foods that still fits very well with fish Kurdish (marinated red mullet, tuna tartare, etc.), Grilled shrimp, sausage thin (a good ham), duck,   lamb and creamy cheeses like Chaource. It is also a perfect match for red fruit desserts. And the most daring food you can serve with Asian (including India).
