"The Madrid Art Week", Art Madrid, is preparing to celebrate its seventh edition. 50 national and international galleries will share their new content and proposals in the Glass Pavilion of the Casa de Campo de Madrid from 16 to 19 in February 2012. Thus Art Madrid has become the fair with the largest national artists and galleries betting big on Spanish contemporary art and young artists.
In its seventh year, the fair contarácon with important developments that attract attention and arouse their curiosity as the presence of a Commissioner under section Young Art, Art Edition program or the "One Project".
In histo promote young art Art Madrid 2012 Young joined the project to Commissioner Javier Rubio Art Nomblot expert art critic, curator and in charge of selecting the 11 galleries will be part of this space. Among them there will be galleries with less than five years with works by young artists. Galleries will also be room for more than five years to present the work of one young artist (under 40 years) and works in the last two years. The surface of the stands will be 24 to 40 m2 or less.
Another new initiative is found in the "One Project", which aims to promote the presence of young artists in the show. Nomblot Rubio will be in charge of selecting the galleries that present the work of one artist.
In this seventh eidición, Art Madrid debutArt Edition, a new program aimed at galleries and art publishers both national and international contemporary work and submit an original graphic work on any of the various disciplines such as photography, sculpture and art books. The surface is 25 m2 Stands.
The fair also has a program in which galleries will present international galleries whose work understand the historical avant-garde, modern art and contemporary art. The surface of the stands will be between 40 and 120 m2.
Art Madrid 2012 will highlight the importance and transcended the art in society and its importance among the various fairs that are organized in Spain.

On 31 March, ME hotels in Barcelona and Madrid will offer a sustainable and sound festival in favor of the environment, adding to the global initiative "Earth Hour". It will change the lights candles to enjoy concerts in an intimate atmosphere.
The Sevillian artist presents an exhibition of photography, video, sculpture and digital art gallery Araunah Oliva in Madrid. The sample can be seen until next May 5.
