In early summer 2012 International chain Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts plans to open its first hotel in St. Petersburg. Now it became known to some of the details of this grand event. Five-star hotel in the city on the Neva River located within the walls of the famous mansion of the XIX century - the "House of Lions" on St. Isaac's waterfront, reconstruction of which has been held for over 5 years.

Convenient downtown location, two blocks from the Hermitage and close to Nevsky Prospekt and the Mariinsky Theatre, as well as first-class service and spacious rooms with all conveniences, of course, give the hotel its status as one of the best in town. Four Seasons Hotel Lion Palace St. Petersburg offers to its guests 177 luxurious rooms including 26 luxury suites with views of St. Isaac's Cathedral, the Admiralty and the Alexander Garden.

The hotel will operate two restaurants (Italian and Asian cuisine), a lounge bar and a spa to help relax and rejuvenate after a hard day. It is noteworthy that the hotel had already got the list of the most anticipated openings in 2012 according to the magazine Luxury Travel Magazine.
