Emilio Sanchez Vicario Foundation and City Racquet inaugurated the Festival City Racquet which seeks to unite in that place a series of concerts solidarity which portion of the proceeds will go to the Foundation in order to carry out three projects in this 2011: Purchase of adapted wheelchair tennis and the subsequent financing of some players in wheelchairs, funding a school for children with Down syndrome, and scholarships to help disadvantaged children.

The opening ceremony was performed using a paddle game where numerous athletes exdeportistas and leading figures from the worlds of culture and society were present. These include the presence of Emilio Butragueno, Cayetano Martinez de Irujo, Peter J.Ramirez, Vicente del Bosque, Luis Milla, Mercedes Coghen, Manolo Sanchis, Virginia Ruano and Paul Villalobos. In the Pro Am paddle beneficial, the participants were divided into two groups and played in round robin format competition, each of the parties to a set. A total of 37 games were played in two hours of competition.

As for the festival, he participated in G Men and The Secrets. One euro of these entries is intended for the Foundation.

Parallel to the concert and the contribution made ​​by some of the profits generated from the inputs, City Racquet Fila0 opened the festival with a donation of 7300 euros to the foundation, as a direct input and thanks to the revenue collected, in part, and paddle tennis tournament held at facilities charity.
