The proposal also includes other snacks that explore different flavors and textures: marinated salmon, dill and cream jelly capers (captive); crispy sesame crab and lime emulsion; sahimi Nikkei style sea bass, filet of sardine candied and garlic mayonnaise on Wonton fried raspberry; toast with foie mi-cuit of the house, quince syrup and pecorino cheese and sobrassada fuet "Els Casals" with rosemary honey and tomato bread. With them, Miguel Ángel Palau offers special gin and tonics, lush Pisco Sour or Beet Me, one of the most popular cocktails in addition to careful selection of drinks available premiums.
