Chez Coco opens on the Diagonal
In order to recover the essence of old grills, rotisseries, has opened a new restaurant in the heart of Barcelona. Set amid the Diagonal, this hotel was struck by an open kitchen (which allows us to contemplate the beating heart of the building) and three-piece grill with a spectacular mirror restored nineteenth century.
The restaurant is decorated based on traditional elements of Provence and Tuscany, rescue craft mosaics, copper pots and checkerboard floors to create a timeless environment that adequately present kitchen fleeing ephemeral fashions and trends, in which the main protagonists are the pieces of meat and poultry that are cooked in view of customers.
Pigeons, ducks, guinea fowl, quail and chickens piglets accompanying roasted in your own oven Castilian, although they prefer can always opt for the fresh fish of highest quality.
Special mention deserve the special showcases desserts that have been chosen by Patricia Schmidt and Christian Escribà.
Chez Coco belongs to the same owners of Casa Paloma (an impressive brasserie specializing in meat from Holland, Argentina and Asia).
