Le CITY deluxe will give you a sneak peek at TAG Heuer’s latest technological gadget: the Swiss-engineered, supercar-inspired Racer smartphone. The very covetable Racer is even described in the press notes as if it were a GT sport car. Tag Heuer, for instance, says the Racer boasts ‘an unparalleled torsion and strength to weight ratio’.
Good looks aside, it's wrought from grade 2 titanium, carbon fiber, black PVD, surgical-grade 316L stainless steel and nano-coated rubber, the Racer also harnesses the very latest in cutting-edge tech, with the first customizable 3D user interface touchscreen.
Other bells and whistles bundled in this sleek gadget include a 1.0 GHz processor, a high resolution 3.5-inch 16-million colors touchscreen display, a 5.0-megapixels autofocus rear-facing camera, a VGA front-facing camera, 256MB of internal storage and SD card slot expandable up to 16GB. TAG Heuer fans will dig the various TAG-centric multimedia content, such as animated widget clocks based on TAG’s most recognizable timepieces.
Finally, for peace of mind for the clumsy-fingered, the Racer's shockproof rubber chassis is supported by screwed-in titanium and carbon fiber bridges. Available in a number of striking finishes, the new TAG Heuer Racer collection will be available come July this year.
