Prior to July 31, 2012, visitors to the Semi Detached Villas at the PGA Catalunya Resort are eligible to have a free swimming pool built for them. This offer is only valid for the first three units from May 30 to July 31, 2012.

The doors open the living and dining spaces to open terraces and personal gardens for deluxe living.
Built by distinguished architects Damián and Francisco Ribas, the Semi Detached Villas are set in a private garden between the fairways of the Stadium Golf Course. A brilliantly landscaped park is connected to each backyard and features a swimming pool, children’s pool as well as a sun terrace.
Motivated by the region, its customs and much of the 21st century, the team used as many local construction techniques and materials as possible in order to unify the architecture to the natural surroundings inspired by the region, its traditions and much of the 21st century.
Each Semi Detached Villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Master bedrooms feature large bathrooms and separate dressing spaces with direct terrace access. Three additional upper-floor bedrooms are harmonized by an adaptable space ideal for use as a children’s play area, office or guest room. The lower floor features a double-height, arched ceiling that fills the living space with natural light, modern kitchen with separate utility room and study with direct terrace and garden access.
