Come and celebrate the 25th anniversary of the BMW Polo Masters of Saint-Tropez/Gassin on 27 and 28 of July 2012.

After a very successful first edition By Night in 2011, The BMW polo Masters St Tropez/ Gassin, organized an event that’s not to be missed on the peninsula. They will celebrate its 25 years with an England polo theme! An exceptional edition to celebrate this uncommon anniversary! It will take place on 27th & 28th July of 2012.

25 years ago, Jean-Yves Delfosse created the first Polo tournament in the heart of St-Tropez on the 15 ème corps, which is a famous place. This event was the beginning of the development of polo on the peninsula. For several years, the General Allard Trophy, an emblematic figure of St-Tropez, has been awarded to the tournament winners. On the occasion of the 25th anniversary and also of the Indian year in St Tropez, Henri Prévost Allart, General Allart‘s descendant, will bestow this trophy himself.

The year 2012 when the Olympic’s will be in London and the English Queen Diamond Jubilee take place, therefore the 25th St Tropez/ Gassin polo anniversary will bear the English polo colors. It will be a high level tournament with 8 to 10 goals, around 80 horses, the best international players and live music all throughout the night.

Nearly 80 horses and the best players in the world circuit will be present to ensure the show underneath the stars of the nights of the Peninsula. The village opens at 18.00, shows and entertainment, games will start at 21.30 and will go on until midnight.
