Puigmartí, a pharaoh of art
Manuel Bermúdez - 25/07/2008

One day Josep Puigmartí was working with charcoal and was rubbing the eye to calm down a little itchy. From the trace of his dirty thumb in the lower eyelid was one line he liked black. The next day called for an eyebrow pencil and painted them. Shortly after he learned that this is how they painted the pharaohs of ancient Egypt.

His eye makeup is surrounded by one of the first things that draw attention to one. Followed by their colorful dress. But that Puigmartí, a character surrounded by color and extravagance. His speech is fluid and leaving no room for taboos. We betrays his joy for life.He does not care to bare their personality to reporters. Showing sincere and transparent. Puigmartí is one of the most prolific painters of the Catalan artistic scene. Has an extensive production that could expose the United States, France, Japan, Denmark, Sweden, England, Switzerland, China and Italy.

His life story also goes through long experience in Los Angeles or Paris.
