The new wine 'premium' of Vina Pomal

Daring in times of crisis to launch a new wine from Viña Pomal features. Height of Booth means two things: having the financial capacity as needed in these days and, above all, believe that the new broth adds a new and qualitative look at the world of Rioja wine.
The first is accomplished by being created and bottled at Bodegas Bilbaínas, century-old winery in Haro currently owned Codorniú group, the oldest family business in Spain. The second comes with the endorsement of the terroir from which the grape-payment of boulders located on top of a steep hill, and it works staff, led by Natalia Olarte winemaker and the winemaker Diego Pinilla. The uniqueness of this wine in 2007-which is already available in the best vinotheque-comes much for the careful selection that takes place (only 2100 bottles have been produced from this crop) and by the age of the vines (35 years) and land quality.
Pomal vineyard. Height of the Kennel is made exclusively with Tempranillo, a sustainable agriculture that respects the environment, and in these exclusive bottles reaches its maximum expression and complexity of a Rioja which reaches 14.5 degrees. Of course, this wine requires time to taste it with corkage, temperature and appropriate pairings.
Dark cherry red color, the new wine from Bodegas Bilbaínas is complex and aromatic, with black fruit audible presence of structured message and a long finish. It comes in a wooden box, chronicling the history of wine in a booklet form. The bottles are numbered and sealed label rather than encapsulated. Price: 60 € approximately.
