The Group opened its first Orio Sagardi in Madrid added to the already in Barcelona.
Orio Madrid is characterized by the conceptualization of the Basque tavern, protecting their concept into a cuisine based on an overflowing pinxos bar that is constantly renewed according to the products of the season.
In an informal setting designed to enjoy the aroma, color and taste of the best fish dishes of the Basque Country as Getaria anchovies, razor clams and fish from fish market to donostia or cod pil-pil; Orio arrives personality to the gastronomic life of Madrid. An ideal plan that fits the rhythm of the city and the undisputed areas that call every evening, the meetings between friends.
Orio has a first level which accommodates a large bar. A second floor with capacity for 56 guests, are invited to savor dishes made by the author.
